- The school then sells the certificates to you at face value. You take the certificates to the store (Walmart and other stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc) and use it like cash.
- The discounted percentage is then credited to your tuition account.
- There is no cost to you to sign up……only benefits….when certificates are purchased and used.
